After getting my credits and cable i was ready to debrand my v800 when i downloaded tms 1.63 and tried to run it i was told it had expired and to download new one from the link but after doing this it was the same version what can i do?

when you download the new version, it doesnt automatically install, it puts an exe file in your TMS folder that you have to open to install the newer version.

That's not the problem here & I had the same problem at first. If you look closely at the message telling you to download you'll see the URL is different & pointing to a completely different server.
Just type it in manually to your browser & you'll get to the correct (V1.65) file.
