Hey!

Can I use the automatic WAP-configuration from any operator and use it together with another operator?

Or is it only possible to use the configurations together with the same operator?

In general you can use your operators GPRS network, and any WAP gateway you like (as long as you have the IP, Username and Password for it. Sometimes it's the only solution, since some operators haven't fix their WAP GW so you're not able to view images properly through them...

Thanks!

I'm using the Swedish Tango. They don't have WAP.

Now I have tried Comviq's wap-configuration instead.

And as you wrote, it works!

i just recently configured my nokia 5210 for wap. i used the OTA configuration and were able to browse via wap. I got zero balance and got disconnected. The following day i loaded and tried connecting to some wap sites but failed. I called support (Smart Communications, Philippines) and the lady told me to re-configure the wap settings and download it via OTA. I did that but still failed to connect error message appeared "checked service settings". Any idea?
