> k750i bt file sending and btoes dongle

Im having trouble with a single issue affecting this phone and my pc. I cant send files from the phone, to the computer, the bluetooth icon on the phone flashes green for a second, then goes back to white, and the phone says the connection failed.
Everything else works. I can send files from the PC to the phone, can activate the remote control from the phone and that works perfectly. If I try to browse the files on the phone from the PC, i can manage to copy files across to the PC, but when the copying finished, explorer.exe crashes.
2 extra things. My old t610 can still send files to the PC no problem at all. And my k750i can successfully send files to two different sony vaio laptops using the built in bluetooth in them. So, im not sure if the problem here is the bt dongle in my pc, or the phone?

try connecting to the fone from ur computer and taking the files using the computer... think its caled file viewer or somethng (not the SE one but on my laptop has pre installed software to access files on phone.. u will need to keep accept on ur fone)

I can get access to the files on the phone by using 'explore my bluetooth places'. I can browse the files ok. When I copy a file across, the file copies, but straight after explorer.exe crashes. If I select multiple files, all files will copy, after the last one, explorer.exe crashes.

It looks like obex incompatibility. Try using fma2 for file transfer instead of my bluetooth places. Or try phone with some other bluetooth software, for example widcomm (i.e. find a pc with external bt other than msi). My question to all is- I started using xp's drivers for bt, everything works, except sending file from phone to pc, although I enabled discovery and receiving on pc. How do I get it to work?

I can confirm that my k750i sends files to 2 other computers using the windows bluetooth drivers. Normally I would have said the fault was definitely my btoes adapter, but, my t610 can still send files to the btoes adapter fine. Hopefully future k750i firmware updates will make the bluetooth in it a little more compatible.
