I noticed there is an option called "change profile" in the calendar... does this mean it will change to anothe profile when u enter a meeting in the calendar and it is due? I tried it but on mine it didn't work...

Yes, it changes the profile.
If you save an appointment as a meeting in the calendar, it auto
changes the profile to meeting when the time is due.
