I can't believe this bollocks.Stupid CPW had my P910 for more then a month because it went dead after on day.So they tried to repair it with no luck. Then it's been sent to SE.Finally I was able to pick up a new phone this morning.Well, that what they said.Of course the phone wasn't new with a soo badly scratched battery cover.Anyway the rest of the phone was OK.I haven't had much choice so I forced them to give me a brand new battery cover and I toke the phone. And guess what?I cannot fukin upgrade it!

Your device is not supported

CDA162006/15 is not supported or you have entered an incorrect number.

If the number is correct it means that your operator does not approve use of the service with this device. If the number is incorrect, click Previous and enter the correct number.

I can't believe this bollocks.Even SE!I left a brand new unbranded phone there and now they sent me an used, branded, actualy badly branded shit.
I think I will get an Imate Jam and no more SE and I never ever walk in to any CPW!

The CDa that you posted is for an O2 UK branded handset. If your original handset was truly unbranded then go back to cpw and get them to swap it.

You know what? I got the same message. I had a brand new P910a since last year. I was able to update it from the SE server without any problem.

Couple months later, I went back to SE website and see if there is any new update, I got the same error message as you got saying that the CDA number is not supported or blah blah blah. So I don't know what's wrong with it. Is it my phone or SE update service?

Graphite.

@chrisfirst: Did I understand you right?

You bought a unbranded phone, had the phone for 1 (one) day and it went dead?
And u went to the store you bought the phone and they didn't want to give you a new phone?

And then they gave u a used branded phone with scratches?
