IMHO, SE is getting worse in their mobile phone market..
1. Products are not well designed, take K600, S600 and W600 as examples. The S series r declined to Japan designs..Those SO series.
2. Announced new products in a not very systematic time intervals (Announced the S600, W600 after the K750 is being announced; Holding the W800 market which is no difference with K750). Lack of marketing strategies!
3. SE ignores the EDGE technology. I don't know why they always overlook EDGE which will not hurt by having it in their phones.
4. No news about the Smartphone series - PXXX... Dead?

All it is is they are bringing out low end phones in order to boost market share. Its just a phase they're going through.

1: K600 is not well designed? W600 ugly? maybe u should buy a Moto or a Nokia ... Cuz those phones are really well designed ..
2: If you look @ when SE is announcing phones .. it's april/june/september ... pretty systematic I belive.
K750 and S600 do not target same group of people. That and holding off W800 from the market is called ... guess what .. Marketing strategies!
3: Don't be ignorant, or maybe u missed it, but S/W600 got EDGE... K750 is not targeting a EDGE market, W600 is ...
4: September they say ... Who knows, maybe we get to se 2 smartphones...
Nokia got lots of smartphones but none that can match the P-series. There isn't really that much u can do with a Nokia smartphone that u can't do with a K750.

nokia's S60's are all the same ... with a diff. design & bugs !!!!!
SonyEricsson's are just great !!!!!!!! think of that..... even the best nokia high end phones are no match to the low-en dep. of SE !!!
( i mean by matterials & build quality ... & batt life cycle.... )
& samsung....just a stupid phones with the same system with diffrent design ... price.... & extremly slow.......... motorola .... NEEEEE
way to slow & a very bad UI which is very stupid....

only the J210 is acceptable.
those others are just half finished products, even if they are targeted at the low/mid level market.

Well personnally I wouldn't buy the J210, it's IMO the ugliest of all their announced phones!
The others are quite nice I think!

In my honest opinion sony ericsson are good but need to get much better. The hash of releasing a faulty k750i does not fill me with confidence, although apart from the bugs its a great wee phone with so many nice touches you forget then re discover them again. However their phone design needs to be improved, they must have a phone that they can market at the cute looking phone range. Something which wow's people like a v3, or a cute samsung d500, e800. By no means do i just want a replica of these other phones, i want a sony ericsson evolution of them. Also from now on sony should do more to check their phones before releasing them, another 2 weeks would be perfectly acceptable for a more hassle free time. And it may not be that sony are getting worse, but the competition are getting better. Samsung's phones have always looked good, and they now have bluetooth and other functions that they never did before. Nokia on the other hand, i am not a fan of the last 6 months and i don't forsee the next 6 months being any better for them.
