Best videorecording phone ever is Samsung SGH-P730 / P735(USA).

6630 does not record high quality video, thats absolutely nonsense
You must have taken that statement directly from a nokia advertisment. K750 records better videoquality than 6630 and it doesnt have the 1hour limitation, its only limited by available memory.
The best today is propably Samsung SGH-P730 like suggested by Benz-Driver.
But no phone today records high quality video by definition !
In regards to videorecording all of them, including any nokia or sonyericsson or samsung on earth, are only toys recording in low resolution, low fps, low video bitrate and low audioquality. Has nothing to do with high quality video. It doesnt even come close to terms like standard or acceptable video. They are good fun, but toys. To record even halfdescent video you will need a real videocam and even the cheapest of those are lightyears ahead of mobiles in videorecording quality. Choosing which mobile to buy because of their videorecording capabilities today is silly, because all are by definition so poor that it doesnt make sence.
For comparison, videocams in mobiles are today not even the same quality as 15 year old VHS-videocams, or my 10 year old HI8 videocam.

The best cell phone for video recording for sure is xcute DV1. It takes the best videos. In resolution 640x480 with 30 fps it's just amazing. 3MP camera looks nice. Screen with 16,7 million colours. It's the best!

oh yeah, forgot about that one, that is pretty impressive video for a cellphone, but still not comparable to my 10 year old HI8 videocam though

That phone is preety amazing for video. To bad it looks a brick.
I would have to disagree the 6680 which has the same video has the 6630 is better then my k750. I was at a wedding (indian one which meant theres lots of LOUD music) and made a few quick videos. Throughout the video all you can here is sound distortion. My bro made the same video and sounded light years better then mine. 6680's is smoother, zoom in more, although the k750 has a tiny bit more detail.
Still the k750 has good video but its not good so good in loud conditions.
There really aint no point basing a phone by its Video as mentioned before as they really dont match anything these days.
