I know this topic has been posted several times, pls be patient, still a newbie here

I want to know a step-by ste instruction on updating the firmware of my k750i. I've already done the ff:

1.)Installed the cable drivers from se, cd, etc
2.)Downloaded the 12mb(11.8mb) .exe file from SE
3.)Now what? ive already double clicked the .exe file and it installed on my pc, and after that i dnt know what to do. Pls. Help me with this one. Thanks soooo much, I would appreciate any suggestions.

Click next on sony ericsson page in your internet browser, if you closed it already, just start the process again.

yup ive already installed the update service driver for the usb cable...whats next? i accidentally closed the website after downloading the 12mb file. anyone knows the link to go directly to that point(the point after downloading the 12mb file, redirecting it to next page)? coz i really had a hard time downloading the 12mb file and i dnt think i can download it again just to continue with the process...Thanks for ur patience..

you only need to download that 12mb file once. it is the updater files... if you go back to the update site, it will skip that part and go on from there..

Now just go back to the site and the process should start. If it doesn't, it's likely you need to update your Java version at http://www.java.com, then try again.

U NOW ONLY NEED TO ONCE AGAIN GO BACK TO SONYERCISSON.com and click on the k750i and then on support for k750i and then service update for k750i and then simply follow the instructions that appears on the computer screen. It will take sometime to download (mine too 78mins) if u r not using broadband internet connection. when 15 minutes will be left, then u have to take the USB cable off and switch off the mobile and then press and hold C key and plug in the USB cable, then the update will start within 15 seconds, if it doesnt then re-do the whole process, ur mobile should not turn on while pressing C key. all these instructions will also appear on the computer screen also. i hope this will help u. and dont worry coz nothing is gonna hurt ur mobile during this update. important is to download the software for updating via internet the firmware.
