I'm getting an error like this whenever I try to unlock my K700i:

The best thing is, even if it didn't work, they still charged me a credit! So I've paid for... nothing.
While that's being resolved with DaVinci directly, has anyone here seen this error before and know how to work around it? My phone is basically non-functional until I figure out how to get this working.
