My fon (T230) is working ok but when i turn on cell information the fon light up if any key pressed but the keypad is lockd. Any idea gyz

The two things look seemingly unrelated. Why dont you please recofirm if you 'Auto Keylock' is ON. When area info or cell info is enabled, the phone lights up or allows user to see the details even if keyguard'z on.
Its NORMAL in so far as I know.
