Guys i got the se update prog from se website.i then got the usb driver but it came as a zipped file.but the prog is not running automatically.wat may be the cause?plz help.i've got a k750i.thanks in advance

Have you unzipped the file. Held down the c button. Connected the usb cable so that the found new hardware wizard appears to install the updated flash driver ? The update service will only work once you have installed the new driver.
