Hello boys and girls, today i'm in a bitchy mood and i'm going to spout off about the music industry.
Music as i know it is about people telling stories and dealing with social problems that happen worldwide
Examples- Bob Dylan's 'Hurricane', is about a black boxer who gets falsely imprisoned for murder.
- Harry Chapin who set up 'World Hunger Year' which he did half his concerts for charity, in 1980 he had
raised over $100,000 not alot a agree but he did it by himself, not televised or having 18 top acts and there
egos fill out wembley. Bob Geldof Dosen't have a patch on harry, although kudos for B.G. Doing Live Aid & 8
And besides music these Days is nothing more than people singing about getting thier hole (Dublin slang
for having Sex), and peple getting shot at because some rappers ego is bigger than anothers.
And then we have a gorrila and a blood frog beating the likes of coldplay off the charts!!!!!!!!
WHAT HAD THE WORLD COME TO??????????
P.S if you think i'm an old fart having a go at all things modern, I'm 21 Y.O. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Very true, it seems it's not talent that counts but simply how well marketed something is, and how much money's thrown at it. I'm sure I could reach number one with the right marketing and spin, and I can't sing a note!
