I noticed on my s7 whenever i changed SIM Cards other that the one i'm using right now...i'm getting an icon(Barred "not accepting incoming calls/sms as well as i can't call or send sms") on the upper left corner right next to the signal meter. It's shows the network of my SIM Card and my phone is openline. Is there any settings that i can do to take out that "icon" so that i can call/send SMS? I have reset all the settings on my phone to it's default, no go. I have tested 4 types of SIM Cards(All Active) it either shows the "Barred icon" or "Inactive SIM" to where it shows the network name on the desktop. Thank you in advance.

It sounds like the phone is network barred, which means that the phone has been reported missing or stolen. I could be wrong on this.

It's not stolen, also the SIM card that's giving me the Barred thing worked before i switch to the current SIM that i'm using right now. I just planned to use it again but with no luck, there were no recent changes been made on my phone.
