I plugged my phone in to charge yesterday evening - the charger was already plugged in when I attached the phone. The phone then gave the message "optimised charging" and then a small blue line appeared at the top of the display. It looks like a scrambled digital picture with blue and green pixels all muddled up.
It is only a tiny fraction of the screen but its annoying. It looks ugly.
Has anyone else had this problem?

does it do this only when plugged into the charger? or does it stay there? also, show us a picture
