> help with 'k750i' when using 'file manager'

hi, i have encountered really annoying problems and can't seem to fix them.
the first one is that when i access file manager, click on the next icon and them when i go to click on phone memory it says that an unexpected error has accured, it does this every time and i don't know how to fix it or why it is happening.
also when installing or repairing etc the pc suite, right at the end it says this: ' Run a DLL as an App Has encountered a problem and needs to close', i don't know whether this is related to the other one. it sounds as if some file is missing or corrupted, something like that.
thanks very very much for any help, just got the phone and i was hoping there would be no problems at all. its starting to upset me as i wanna put my favourite tunes onto it.

i can't see what thats got to do with anything and anyway, the phone guide says that you should never format it...

i have got exactly the same problem. cannot synchronise vie usb cable, cannot open the file manager - says exactly the same. but i can transfer pictures, mp3s etc..... i gave up.
