If you're talking about entering text whilst in applications then you should be able to change the entry mode from "123" to "ABC", "Abc" or "abc" by tapping on the '#' key.
Hope this helps,
Mrs H

Are the "L" and "O" keys specifically not working? Why else would you write "f|ip c|0sed pr0b|em" instead of "flip closed problem" ?

lolz my keyboard was faulty just this morning... my "L" and "o" wasnt working.... big deal huh?
anyways, i figured that it was just a glitch on my phone, since no matter what i press doesnt make it return to numerical input method....
on contol panel>text input the primary input method is none instead of CICS jotpro...
what i did is i restarted my phone...
