heyy all. this may be in my manual, but im not by it. what is the max amount of heat a cellphone can be in? i work outside, and i dont want to take any chances of messing up my new s700 so i want to leave it in the truck. but it gets hotttt ehre in florida, and inside gets hot sometimes, so i was curious if i leave my phone in there if it will be okay, or if it will be too hot.
thanks all

Though the temperature tolerance level is theoretically more, in practice 45 degree is the limit. This message was posted from a WAP device

It can easily get hotter than 45°C in a car in the sun. I wouldn't take the chance.

Unless you can identify an area in your car where it does not heat up that fast, e.g. under the seats.

But anyways leaving your cellphone in a car is never a good idea.

agreed, although if you have a sedan the boot is generally the coolest because it doesn't have any glass. or you could leave it inside a small esky or dry cooler bag.
