Hello all
Am having problems and need some help
first time using davinci and i have downloaded appropriate software from the site but find i am unable to run it.
Each time i try the application doesnt open and i get an error message saying the the programme has shut down. Not sure if i am missing anything blindingly obvious any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried downloading all other clients too to check and get the same message?? Running windows Xp

firewall? log in with admin right on Win XP or 2000?

of try it on another pc, win xp sp1. i think there is problem w/ win xp sp2
