How can you say that?..read the BBC Article link..if your near london you can go and see it for yourself..i might go later on this week to check it out and take some pics...i'll be sure to post them here.

Not that I say it isn't real but I agree with jagger: it's looks photoshopped, maybe because it's so huge or because the image quality gives an impression of a poor photoshopped image

Maybe just that its so big that it seems that way...Here's another image from the BBC Article.
