I'm having a problem installing the update software usb driver for the K750i on Windows XP.
When I point the new hardware wizard to search the files I downloaded from SE website I get "Cannot install this hardware... This hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software"
Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have an unbranded phone btw.

I had the same problem, till i realised that the 'c' key that i was pressing was not on the computer, but supposed to be the 'c' key on the phone...
anyway, i went ahead with the firmware update, and when installing it required me to take out the phone and press the 'c' button again, and this time it picked out the software update for the usb, and after that was installed, i re-did the 'c' thing again, and the firmware was updated.
