> Reliable SE service point near Bristol?

Guys,
I have a friend in Bristol, and he want his ericsson to be repaired near Bristol. (warranty repair) Is there any service point there?
He prefers not to send a phone to anywhere but to go to the SP personally.
Is it possible to get a spare phone from the Service point for the time of the repair?

Carphone Warehouse at Cribbs Causeway shopping center in Bristol are ok.
Managed to get my T68i upgrade there.
