Has anyone had problems with TMS? I have bought credits from them and tried to unlock my V800 but have had a couple of errors. The first error was replied to within a couple of days and my credits were reapplied to try again. On the second attempt, last thursday night, I got a different error so emailed TMS as it said to do with the error files attached. I still havent heard anything back!
I feel like they have stolen my money as they have taken my money, then not unlocked my phone succesfully and now dont seem to care!

I have unlocked and changed six V800's to Z800 and never had a problem with them. The last time I used TMS was yesterday afternoon.

I second that.. i have bought like 18 credits from them and have a 100% success ratio (so of course i havenīt had reason to contact them, to be true) I still feel they will compensate you. In the meantime iīd make 110% sure i donīt have a faulty cable.

Well still havent had any replies to any of my 5 emails sent to TMS after 2 weeks of trying! I am now considering going through paypal to get my money back!

Got a reply this morning with a replacement login! Woohoo! The only problem now is the client crashes just after it askes me to press the on button! I have tried it on a WinXP system and a Win98 system and get the same result on both.
I am starting to think that I will never unlock my phone.

Its taken over two weeks but at least it is now unlocked. It turns out nthat the email address that the program tells you to send the files to and the email address that their own forum tell you to use are both wrong.
