I joined o2 via the CPW, now its that time of year for an upgrade. Do I contact o2, contact the cpw or can I do either or any phone shop (the link, phones4u...etc)

yeh you can upgrade anywhere, however to get discount/deal etc. on your line rental you are best to call o2 direct as you have seen from the best o2 deal thread.

If you got it through CPW then they are your service provider. I doubt O2 will deal with you. There is a number on CPW website for upgrades. I suggest that you give them a ring or even go into your local CPW shop.

I left CPW and ported my number to O2 on line. People get very confused as they don't think that they can do this but you can.
The best deal will be with O2, I can promise you that!!
Check out the thread I started a few dys ago on O2 deals..........
