hi,
i need to register a site but there are so many domain people.
who is good and reliable to go with but also quite cheap.
also maybe a good hosting company thats cheap and reliable but offers good storage and bandwith.

godaddy.com are good for domains, I have several with them, they start from $6.95 (less than £4) per year.
For hosting I used to use hosting-unlimited.net, they were very good and reliable, if you look on ebay you can buy their
Elite package (usually £69.95 per year) for only £19.95 per year.
