Is it just me or does the file manager provided in the pc suite with k750i not allow much- like cut and paste or deleting etc?

Use FMA or MPE instead. The SE File Manager is only to transfer data to and fro your phone or MS card. You will have problem editing directly from the phone. What you should do is either transfer to PC first then edit then resend to phone.

But surely you should be able to delete from the file manager when you open it on the pc and swap between folders, send items from the pc etc- I know you can with the p910

Copy, paste, from phone to pc or back, and between folders, and of cource delete also
If you cant, your doing something wrong
