Right after days of pulling my hair out and almost smashing the phone into the screen of my laptop IT IS NOW WORKING!!!!
Right What i have installed is...R4APackage5

Problem i was having was the laptop would connect to the phone and attempt to dial-up....then return a error saying " The computer did not respond " and alo when going into the control panel and clicking on "Ericsson Mobile Modem Settings" i got a error saying "NO HSCD MODEM DETECTED"...and all the boxes were grey`d out....
P R O B L E M S O L V E D!!
Right when u have your T68i Connected via IR u should get a message saying another computer is near....once you get this message go into control panel --> System --> HARDWARE --> DEVICE MANAGER --> Modems...
In here normaly is "Standard Modem on IR" or something simmilar....
THIS IS THE BIT THAT IS WRONG!!
Click on "Standard Modem on IR" right click on this and select " UPDATE DRIVER ".....then you should get a list that shows "ERICSSON T68 IR MODEM" Select this and let it install..
RESTART YOUR COMPUTER
Right now when you go back into control panel and click "ERICSSON MOBILE MODEM SETTINGS" Now in MODEM you should see " ERICSSON T68 IR MODEM"
Seletct " ANALOUGE " & Leave prefered speed @ 9.6kbs..
Now goto your dial-up program and select your "ERICSSON T68 IR MODEM" as your connection device....
