> Having problems using ImTOO software for k750

I'm trying to convert gorillaz "feel good inc" music video, from mpeg to mp4. It converts, then i transfer it over to my phone via usb. It starts to play but stops and says "playback failed"
Do you have to change settings, if so how and what to.
Oh I'm using ImTOO mpeg encoder
