i just need something like whats attatched... made in paint in 15 seconds... give me credit

it doesnt have to be EXACTLY liek this, but something similar and cool. but i want it 600 width 400 height...
i dont want it exactly like this... but i want a white or transparent BG... with black borders (maybe 3 pixels?)

if you can do ti for me, ill tell u my email addy, or leave room so i can cut off the esato thing that it adds...

i want to make a flash intro inside of it for my website, and i want some type of border like that. i will use that as my BG, and just not let my effects go out of it. i think it will look cool.

any shade of grey is good. my website it black white and grey so that will be perfect. and a jpg will work. you can add nearly any image file into flash.
