yes, go to the picture and say Edit-> copy from what i remember then go to the jotter and say edit->paste and voila your jpg

on p910, select pix then click edit >> edit picture

try PersonalPaint or Photo Editor, both allows drawing, importing and everything elso you want to do with the pictures
