Anyone know if there is or will be a portable keyboard for K750i?
At expansys K750i is listed as a product that the Freedom BT Keyboard is compatible with. But in the list under Freedom K750i is not listed. The keyboard need a driver to work since it's not using HID profiles, and no driver for K750i is found.

Why would you want a keyboard ?

The K750i has no word processing function or smartphone apps.

Unless you'd like one to write an email or SMS (rather cumbersome for such a simple task) using a keyboard, i dont see the point of anyone making a keyboard for the phone.

Well, I'm not a fast writer on the keypad so I seldom write sms if I don't have to. The same with e-mail on the phone. If I could use a keyboard I would be more happy with that. The sms I write to day I usually write on my laptop and send through fma....

You could always use T9 predictive text input - it makes writing SMS or emails much much faster.

Yeah, I know and I use it whenever I have to write a sms/e-mail. I'm still not comfortable with the keypad.... I wish for a keyboard

No way.....way to big. I have my K750i in a fancy and expensive (gift from my sister) leather neck strap, cut down the length of the wires to the earplugs so I have no slack wires hanging around.

So, you dont want a larger phone, but would like to lug around a large keyboard..

Flawed logic my friend.

Anyway, like i already said in my first post, i doubt anyone would make a keyboard for the phone - one simply is not needed.

With a larger phone I have no choice, with a BT keyboard I have a choice. I can leave the keyboard behind in the car, the hotel room, etc. No doubt you see my point.

I do have a couple of palms lying around (V & IIIc), so yeah I know the feeling of being "forced" to bring with you big lumps in your pocket. Don't want to go back to that again.

Might not be a marked for BT keyboards for "dumb"phones, but if there should appear one on the marked I'm willing to spend +/- 100 bucks on that.
