> handy day 2005 problem! HELP!

ok, i just got handyday 2005 and it has some weird stuff. after about, 10 hours, it works fine. then it starts shutting it self off with it saying this:
Program Handy Day 2005
Reason code E32USER-Cbase
Reason number 71
Please help!
