heyy all
latley ive been watching the friday the 13th movies. maybe here we can discuss these movies some. and please dont reply with "these movies suck" and all that crap please.

As we all know, jason drowned at camp. In the first movie, jasons mom kills everyone (the camp counslers) until the one girl kills his mom (Mrs. Vorhees). then in part 2, jason kills the girl who killed his mom. so why is he still going around killing? i always thought he was killign because he never knew who killed his mom, but i geuss i was wrong.

so lets discuss this movie some here (if noone is interested, maybe ill make it the horror movie thread)

i love the Friday 13th series


freddy vs jason was cool,i would of liked to have seen Freddy win,but i dont think they could really have a child rapist/killer win.


Theyre making a Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash(from evil dead) now apparently!

They're still in talks about F vs J vs Ash. Though I'd love to see it. Ash for the win.

I've recently been rewatching the series, great movies, very 80'stastic!

I still like Jason X as well, probably one of the worse ones but still a laugh.

Mind you have also been rewatching hell raiser and elm street too.. (thogh off topic so shh)

Jason 8 always sticks in my mind for them washing him away in toxis sludge in mahattan's sewers. I guess it never occured to just get on a lifeboat or swim for it since jason would have sunk like a stone.

jason takes manhatten was probobly my favorite one. ive been watching the series over too. i havent seen them in years. they are so old, btu they are still good!

what order do they go in?? 1, 2, 3, then is 4 the final chapter? then 5 6 7 8 9, then jason x, then freddy vs jason? could someone type the names of each movie in the order they are supposed to be in? ill try if noone does soon.

the creator of these movies seem to like to make people have sex alot, have you noticed that? haha

hehe that became a cliche of 80s horror movies, the over sexed teens that would flee while their chests bounced and the football star bought it in the neck with a chainsaw/hockeystick/weedwhacker/baseballbat/convinient pointy object/anything at hand/towel if need be.

The grudge just didn't stack up in that respect

Hmm titles, i'd have to check when I get home (i'm actually missing some of the middle ones)

Jason vs Freddy (was rooting for freddy too but at leats it was a draw lol) definately comes after all the freddy movies, but looking at the time line you would have to put it between Friday 9 and Jason X since that one was set in the future.

i have to say i was never into the freddy/jason films, they were all too serious for my liking.
i love the low budget horro films that are so bad they are funny. stuff like evil dead 2/ nostril picker/ driller killer/ jack frost/ zombie holocaust etc...
