im thinking of picking one up or asking for it as a gift..

with a 75USD price max what is reccomended

aswell... how do these things work...like..the microphone is right where the cheek is...can ppl hear you ok when you're on them?

I doubt it...

the radio transmission is low power - only propogates 10 metres max. On the other hand the phone sometimes needs to trasmit 3km!

I'd say you are way better off with a bt headset than the phone glued to your ear
