I already downloaded 'MPM'. but why is it my phone cannot be detected when i try to sync outlook? when i try to send file, a dialog box says, mobile phone monitor not yet installed. im sick and tired with this! pls help me get through with it. thanks!

go to your control panel and see if you'll find the phone monitor option.

if it's there, then it's installed. also check that you have enabled the com ports that you want to use in MPM, and that your phone is connected (IrDA, cable or BT) to your computer.

My settings are:
COM1 Enabled (used for cable)
COM5 Enabled (used for )
COM6 Enabled (used for )
* Disabled
