when I try to open my phone
there is a warning
"unexpected end of a file"
and than it is restarting ýf ý click anything
what will I do

service senter and ask them to do it.
If there is no such thing near by where you are it can be done via the
site and a docking station.
(All of a sudden I got uncertain here; Guys! THe P800 can be upgraded at home can't it?)
