Anyone know what to do with .img files, i have two, i cant burn them stright to disk but renaming them to .iso made them burnable but once CD was done it could not be read by Windows.

I cannot mount using Deamon tools or anything.

Any idears?

Renaming the file to .iso should do the trick, what exactly is supposed to be in these .img archives?

There's a couple of apps that can read .iso and let you extract the contents, winimage is one, iso magic is another.

check out alcohol, it mounts alot more types than daemontools.
