HELP. I NEED FREE CONNECTION,

I haven't had the internet since ²°°³ and really want to use MSN.
I have a motorola V80 and a bluetooth dongle and got mobilephonetools software of the net .

also my network provider is o2 uk the free 300 text...

What next????? someone please help
