possibly requires a firmware update...you can either do it online using the sync station or better...take it to an authorized service centre

How long does it take at the SE service?
Do i need to leave it there for some weeks or something?

Oh no....i had my old p800 flashed once in Mumbai...and they took a couple of hours...that too because the battery was not fully charged....i guess a day should be more than enough, at worst..

Hi Hans
I think a corrupt application installed on the memory stick can cause the phone not to start up. Try this. It worked for me!
Switch off your P910, and then remove your Memory Stick. Now switch it back on.
With regard to your second question, I had to wait for about 20 minutes when I got a firmware update. Not too bad.
Good luck.
