I don't think so, as I haven't seen Cingular with that phone yet. I'm guessing it will be out soon, since Sprint PCS released all there super CDMA color phones in SoCAL.

P800 runs on Symbian, while the Z100 uses a Microsoft OS - Stinger.
They probably offer almost the same set of feature, but the implementation would be different.

yes it is not touch screen and without camera. it is not really a good idea to have that in a cellular phone, its very complicated especially when you put it in your pocket. i like that Z100 too...for me it beats P800 and 7650

According to the Sendo website the developers kit for z100 applications will be out in mid October. I assume that consumer handsets will be available from then or shortly afterwards.
I am also very interested in the Z100 - it is the 'right' size for a phone and looks packed with functionality. I believe they are bringing out an add-on camera for those who feel that phones need a camera attached.
I will have to resist the temptation to get it straight away though - there are bound to be thousands of bugs - it is a Microsoft product. Also since it is the first version of a new OS (smartphone) it will probably be terrible, it normally takes MS 3 goes to get anything right.
