what i mean is can i in some way make opera or the P900 internal browser to download to the external mc instead of the internal memory ? cause the internal has only 16MB & that to arround 4 5 are used by read only stuff.hence cant download big files like movies. i would be able to dload< 100MB if l could dload straight to mc. through sman file manager i found the dloading files being stored in C:\system\temp. tried moving the folder didnt work. all this cause i dont have a comp at home & my P900 with full gprs @ inr 49 is the only connection to www....thanks.

opera cannot. but the netfront browser can download straight to mc so you may want to give that a try.

@(+.[____]. ) i did but most of the times netfront does not download. it just load the files in diff signs & symbols. may be i dont have the right plugins or the netfront version that i have is old or the fw on my p900 is old. i dloaded netfront from my symbian. if any one knows where can i get the latest version pls do post a link here.
@mrao i have bpl prepaid@rs49/month for mms & wap but when they send the auto setting for se p900 i got 2 setting out of which one was with 9201 proxy & the other with 9401. i deleted the 1st one & stored the latter one. for the last 2 month ive been able to go to all the sites. ive not tried surfing on a comp yet but i think thats of no use cause the speed i get while downloading on my p900 is around 6kbps. any ways if through some way i could dload to mc i would be able to get large files even though it would take alot of time. i managed to dload an episode of a 10MB show from mobiledudes the other day. it took me about half an hour. oh ya did u find any place arround bbay to upgrade to p905.
