Not directly as far as I am aware.

I know that midi is ok if you want to use Logomanager on a Nokia.

There are a number of Wav to Midi converter programs. Intelliscore, Digital Ear and Amazing Midi. You could try one of those but I cannot give you any idea what the tone would sound like after it's been through a couple of programs!
