I bought a k750i off ebay thinking it was unbranded but it has o2 branding, Which isnt bad and has firm R1A044 on it.
So fair no problems. Will this phone update and should i update ?

You can download the new firmware R1L which o2 allows and will not cause your phone not to use gprs etc.

However if there is nothing with your phone then dont update
