> i'm having trouble updating my v800 using SEUS

i'm trying to update my v800 using the SE update service but i keep getting a message saying "usb cable not found" but my phone is connected (the phone icon appears in the mysuite connection)
i've got the usb flash driver installed from a previous update (i've updated someone elses v800)
i presumed as mine was a different v800 i would have to reinstall it as new hardware but when i hold down the left navigation key and press the power button, no new hardware is detected.
