ok i know its fixablle but the way i know is risky
e.g.
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/
i dont want to do that
MSHOME is my home network on my home pc's and i got a tablet PC from work and it was all fine then i changed the domain from works domain to MSHOME and did a restart and POW cant login
anyone know how to revert orAdministrator Default username and passwords i can login to to change it back?
i cud easily call back the work place for it but id feel stupid lol

Not sure if this is any use in your case, but anyway:
1. Start up in safe mode
2. Go in as Administrator. If the administrator account needs a password and you don't know what it is then you've had it!
3. Click on start, run, type in 'control userpasswords2' without the quotes
4. From here you can reset login passwords and do all sorts of stuff
