> Dead earspeaker of my K750i

Hi everyone, im a K750i owner for 7 days now and without doing anything when i tried to use it 2 days ago and i found out that the earphone speaker is dead! The day before it was working properly. I tried to master reset it and i have also updated its firmware into the new one "R1J002" but it still doesnt work.
Any ideas anyone? Help!!!
