Walk into an O2 shop, take a pasport or driving license toi proove you're the account holder. They'll upgrade you there and then on the spot. If that store is out, go to another one.

Problem is i'm mid contract and not really due an upgrade (but they said i could have it because of the problems i've been having + been with them 18 months), when i called today they started off saying i couldnt have it! so can imagine it being even more hassle in the shop, epescially as i'm an O2 online customer not a high street one (different service providers)

Well if you're still in your contract they'll deffinatly wont upgrade you unless you're an high spendage user. I would just claim a new phone off my insurance, or change networks. Orange would give you one free, price match your contract and buy you out of it depending on your fee (time left in contract). I work for an orange dealership and we do this all the time. Contract fees we buy out are usually £75 - £100 (5 months). Thats if you desperatly wanted a k750i

I am on o2 online and called them up last saturday to arrange an upgrade to the k750i as my contract finishes in less than a month now, but they said they didn't have any instock. The order hasn't even appeared on my online account yet (e.g. with a gm-xxx number) although they've moved my tarriff.

They have offered me a special tarriff to match a student deal, would I be able to somehow collect this in an o2 store?

Very annoying having to wait round for so long!

Anyone have any idea at all when 02 are gonna have the K750 back in stock?? Ordered mine 27th June and paid the extra 14.99 for the express delivery only to get an email telling me it was currently out of stock.

Not sure about fobbing you off, but it sounds like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

Do you speak to the same person every time, or different people?

O2 just haven't got a clue what their doing !! - Called Sat 25th June to upgrade my K700i to the K750i was told it wouldn't be in stock until the 4th July and then it would be delivered 7-10 days later, I ordered it anyway. Arrived Tuesday 28th very happy but they really need to get their story right.
