Hello all

does anyone know when the balck k750i will be available in vodafone uk? I have called them for the last 3 weeks and they keep setting the date further back. The phone is available with Orange though. Thanx in advance

Are you gettting the phone for free or upgrade ?

Id recommend if you're a Vodaphone PAYG customer that you buy an O2 branded K750i and simply stick your Vodaphone sim in it.

If you're a Vodafone PAYG customer, simply buy an unbranded or O2 PAYG K750i and it'll come unlocked.

Then simply put your Vodafone sim card in it and download the necessary wap, email, sms etc settings from the SE website.

Not only will you get a black, unbranded K750i, you'll also pay less for it and be able to use it with any network.

Voda are offering me a silver K750i as a free upgrade on my existing contract. However, they want over £200 for the black version which they can't tell me when they'll have. Think I can live with Voda Live! branding to save a couple of hundred quid !

Problem is, Voda told me today they won't have the silver K750i in stock for a couple of weeks as they have been sent back to SE to fix a few probs. Sounds a familiar story as o2 are always saying their K750i's aren't fixed yet.

But as another twist, Voda told me they are considering pulling the silver K750i altogether if they don't fix these faults. I'm not sure whether to take this with a pinch of salt because after telling me this, they tried to palm me off with other inferior phones. I'll wait 2 weeks & see the score.

Why not buy the silver one and then get the housing changed. Official black housings are going cheap on Ebay. This message was posted from a K750

If you live in the UK go to phones 4 u. All there phones are now unbranded.

I picked up a k750i on a new 12 month contract for £40.00 a month on vodaphone.
