ive been with orange online since april and wanna know when the quickest there likely to allow me to upgrade would be. i wish i had held out for a k750i
Or how soon will the let me downgrade so i could get another contract

It will say on your contract that you signed how long the term of the contract is. Most are for 12 months but most networks have recently introduced 18 month contracts.
You normally have to wait for six months before you can downgrade your tariff so the earliest that you can do anything is october.

If you get your orange account no. from your bill, you can go to
www.orange.co.uk and check you upgrade fee there!? You can also change you tarrif there too!

it just says we cannot upgrade you at this time. i spend about 200 pounds a month so an early upgrade should be allowed i think. mybe not just now but at 6 months to stop me from downgrading
