This weekend, I was walking around with my T68m (I have not converted it to T68i yet coz I want Tetris), and when I reached home I saw that my phone had switched itself off! I switched it back on and it took more than usual time to log on to network.

When I tried to look at the phone list, I noticed that some of the numbers in my phone book had gone!! All I could see was blank space - yes the space for the number was there but no name, number nothing!! I tried dialling but it said number error.

Worse!! - When I tried to add the name and number back in that slot, it said Error and wouldn't let me do anything over there.

Any one had similar problems or know how to solve this? I really don't want to upgrade software coz I like Tetris a lot (14600 my highest score ) and so any other options you suggest would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Had a similiar problem, noticed one day that a CallerID was not set when a familiar number called my phone. Searched my phone but the number was displayed with name in my contacts list, however it was not in the usual positions list (a blank entry was shown there).

Anyway, I just backed up my numbers onto Outlook with XTNDConnect and deleted all numbers from phone. I reloaded all my numbers from Outlook and it's worked fine ever since. It might work for you too.

I hope you have backed up ur contacts there Maltesh!!!

If its still not working i think you may need to take it into a SC and get them to sort it out.

have you tried to remove the battery leaving it disconnected for a few minutes?? try that and see what happens.

Thanks Cophia & Baz.

Nope nothing seems to be working. Most of my numbers I do have backups but some recent ones I had not backed em up Well I hope I can figure something out. I did leave the phone off for a while but that didn't make a difference either. I will give it one more shot and see what happens.
