Sent my work p910i to hays as it broke down, they signed for it on Monday,
haven't heard anything from them so I can only guess that it's still to be
seen too. I really need this phone for my business, so am currentley
borrowing a p800 from someone until the end of the week, but after that he
wants it back.
Would you say I would be right to give hays a call on Friday to ask for an
estimate on how long it will be to get it back to me, or should I wait? They
quote 10 working days but I know many people who have only took 3-4.
I am sure Hays will asked for the IMEI number, stupidly I didn't make a note
of it before sending it off, I included all my documentation with the
handset along with my upgrade reciept and a covering letter with contact
information.
Should I call Orange for my IMEI then hays?
